It was a special bonus comic because Isaiah, like so many of us, was appalled by the efforts to beg for even more tax dollars on behalf of the State Department -- Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta were the beggars. That was really something to see. At a time when we are getting lectures from our government, not assistance, two department heads show up in public to beg for more billions. We have spent more than enough on the Iraq War and that should be obvious to everyone, even a Barack Obama appointee.
