In his remarks to gala attendees, Obama ran through a list of accomplishments during his term, insisting that the economy would be in worse shape had it not been for bold action taken in his first months in office, and reminding them that there’s plenty of unfinished work: [. . .]
That must have been a very short speech. Or did he pad it out? Did he say things like, "I brushed my teeth. I tied my own shoes. I . . ."
I cannot think of an administration that did less that the average person could feel impacted them positively. I would say, "Bully Boy Bush!" And I did say that this evening to a neighbor but he pointed out that the refund check (IRS) the Bully authorized came in handy when they were fixing up their nursery for their first child.
With Barack Obama, he is supposed to be worshipped for all these abstract things -- the Cult of St. Barack wants you to, anyway. But he has delivered nothing.
It truly is amazing.
