Must we, Dan-ny?
I ask that because Mr. Schechter has not stayed focused. In need of material, I visited his laughable blog and read today and yesterday's posts. And where was Egypt?
It was used as a joke -- about how if Democrats were the ones in Egypt, they would have buckled.
That was it.
Have you ever read Mr. Schechter's never-ending blogs? That go on and on and on and try to include everything?
But that is two days in a row that he has failed to include Egypt.
He concluded that laughable column thusly, "When the cameras were focused on the streets, we could see what was going on. As decision-making moves into the suites and barracks, and as the cameras move on, it will be harder for the whole world to watch what happens now."
And yet two days in a row he cannot even mention anything going on in Egypt.
I told you he would walk -- heck, run -- away from the topic. He did the exact same thing to the Iraq War. It did not end but Danny Schechter's self-promotions were not getting him enough attention so he found a new topic. He ran from the US economy to obsess over Egypt. Now he has dumped Egypt. He is incapable of finishing anything.
You sort of picture his childhood bedroom with one musical instrument after another tossed on the floor, with him whining for lessons, and then losing interest and insisting now he wanted to learn the bass, and then he wants something else.
This is C.I.'s "Iraq snapshot" for today:
