And, of course, Danny's ex-girlfriend e-mailed me in 2009 to tell me about sexual harassment at Media Channel and how Aliza Dichter -- who co-founded Media Channel -- was run off along with many, many other women. To quote one sentence from the ex-girlfriend's e-mail, "I found his stance towards women appalling but his attitude towards men was also, depending on who, just as patronizing."
Wonder why Danny The Pig Schechter attacks Hillary, refuses to call out sexism, joins in sexist attacks? Because Media Channel was apparently built on sexual harassment. Danny Schechter's ex-girlfriend detailed it all in numerous e-mails. (I long ago verified that she was Danny Schechter's ex-girlfriend and have found many other people -- men and women -- who back up the charges made in the e-mails.)
Earlier this week, Elaine was blogging about Danny The Pig Schechter in "The piggies:"
If you want to laugh, go to the PIG Danny Schechter's website. No link to his trashy ass. After running CBS' announcement about Lara Logan's sexual assault, Danny Pig feels the need to add: "Note: More than l00 journalists were attacke by forces loyal to Hosni Mubarak. Most work for foreign news outlets."
What's your point, Piggy?
Were they also sexually assaulted?
Contrast Pig Schechter today on a male journalist:
MEDIA DECODER BLOG (NYT:) ABC Correspondent Attacked in Bahrain
Miguel Marquez was not seriously injured, but it was the latest instance of an American journalist coming under attack in the region.
When you give to Media Channel, you are funding sexism and apparently sexual harassment.
It is past time that Danny The Pig Schechter found himself a pig stye that he paid for all on his own and not with the monies of those who foolishly think he has done anything worth applauding.
This is C.I.'s "Iraq snapshot" for today:
