Yesterday Judge Henry Hudson ruled that ObamaCare violated the law because the government cannot force you to buy a good. If that is an oversimplification, blame Mr. Shapiro. He had interviewed only one person for his 'report.'
It must be nice to be able to provide only your thoughts.
Especially when your thoughts have been ruled WRONG by a judge.

Mr. Shapiro was not interested in asking a legal expert, just in letting Mr. Obama's political operative spin.
Who does NPR think was served by that one-sided report and where the hell is NPR's ombudsperson?
I have never known NPR to play it like that before. That was so one-sided it is appalling.
